weave on the ground.

is this just happening here in detroit?

i see it all the time. a weave track laying on the damn ground. how does this happen?! do you literally become SO frustrated with your weave, that you feel compelled to rip it out whilst walking down the street & then leave it there? does it itch? was it falling out in the first place? i just get so confused when i see this.

can someone explain to me WHY this keeps happening?
