man i love these things.

so, i went to the dollar store yesterday to get some air fresheners for my car & just out of curiosity (and greed, to be quite frank), i went down the candy aisle.
and i found these!
i haven't had these in years, i forgot they even existed! i used to eat them all the time, especially at the movies.
i know this was pretty pointless, but i just wanted to share, cuz it made my day.

so, i made homemade boneless wings tonight.
as some of you all know, i have a serious addiction to the boneless wings at buffalo wild wings. it's ridiculous.
anyway, i always order a dozen boneless. half honey bbq & half hot. with bleu cheese on the side. so, instead of spending $15 to go get some, i decided to make some myself. i took 2 (freakishly large), chicken breasts & cut them into about a dozen pieces each. then i took one raw egg & mixed it with about 1/4 of a cup of milk. i dipped the chicken in it, and after that i rolled it in some flour. then i fried the chicken (in canola oil, it's the oil thing i use) and fried them forabout 10 or 15 minutes.

here's how i made my sauces:
honey bbq sauce
i don't measure stuff, but i'm just gonna estimate. i used probably 1/3 of a cup of bbq sauce nad probably about 2 tablespoons of honey.
hot sauce
well, it's pretty much just hot sauce, lol. and i always used a tiny bit of melted butter.
so, after you make the sauces, just dip your chicken in there and enjoy! tastes great with a little blue cheese dressing on the side!
